North Las Vegas, Nevada.  Ms. Brown was responsible for the preparation of the Master Drainage Study for this 3200+ acre Industrial Park, located just outside of the Las Vegas Valley.  Included in the conceptual design were three large detention basins, up to 650 acre feet and conveyance systems which were later incorporated into the Regional Master Plan for the area. 

Clark County, Nevada. Ms. Brown was responsible for preparation of the Technical Drainage Study for this Clark County library, situated on 15 acres in the southwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley. The Library is a LEED certified construction project, attaining the required points for storm water quality and quantity. The site incorporates pervious concrete, onsite detention and infiltration, and other methods of runoff reduction and improvement of runoff water quality.

Clark County, Nevada. Ms. Brown was responsible for the preparation of the Technical Drainage Study and the LOMR for the project, which was a 20-acre parcel planned for 157 single-family residential lots. The site is located just downstream of the Blue Diamond Detention Basin, a regional drainage facility, that greatly reduces the flow in the Blue Diamond Wash and reduces the flood zone impacting the site. 

City of Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Brown was responsible for preparation of the Technical Drainage Study for the 18-acre parcel in the northwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley, planned for 201 single-family residential lots.

Clark County, Nevada. Ms Brown was responsible for preparation of the LOMR package, including hydraulic analysis of the channel (Flamingo Wash), text report and mapping. The project included several other smaller areas of mapping, mapping the flood zone improvements because of recently completed Regional Flood Control facilities.

Clark County, Nevada. Ms. Brown was responsible for preparation of the Technical Drainage Study for the 60-acre site in the southeast portion of the Las Vegas Valley, which was planned for single- and multi-family residential use

Clark County Regional Flood Control District. Ms. Brown was responsible for preparation of the LOMR package, including hydraulic analysis, text report, and mapping for the 8000-foot reach of concrete lined channel designed to convey 3300 cfs.

Clark County, Nevada. Ms. Brown was responsible for preparation of the Technical Drainage Study for the 20-acre site located in the southwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley, which was planned for 176 single family residential lots.

City of North Las Vegas, Nevada.  Ms. Brown was responsible for preparation of the Technical Drainage Study for the 40-acre parcel, which was planned for 240 single-family residential lots.

Clark County, Nevada. Ms. Brown was responsible for preparation of the Technical Drainage Study for the 15-acre site which was planned for major commercial development.
