1994 – Washington Avenue Conveyance System Improvements Project, Virgil Street to Lena Street

Ms. Brown served as project engineer and was responsible for preparing design drawings and specifications for the project which included over 1500 lineal feet of reinforced concrete box culvert, designed to convey 4000 cfs of flood flow.
